BRS is Hiring a Facility Manager Near San Antonio, TX
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide onsite management of facilities.
- Prepare status updates on submittal and tracking work requests for facilities.
- Work and coordinate with facility stakeholders on service request coordination/approvals.
- Utilize government work-order systems (NexGen) to submit and track service requests through the CE process.
- Conduct facility inspections on a recurring basis.
- Collect, track, analyze and present facility data and develop strategies, solutions, and programs for solving facility issues.
- 3 years of experience as a Government Facility Manager.
- Knowledge of a range of facility systems’ operations and maintenance requirements
- Expertise with programs in the Microsoft Suite.
- Motivated self-starters requested. Ability to develop requirements and then to develop strategies and solutions to solve issues.
- Associate’s degree in engineering, construction, or facility management.
- Knowledge of the Air Force planning and programming process
- An adjudicated National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI), Common Access Card (CAC) preferred within the last two (2) years is preferred.
- Prior Air Force Civil Engineer (CE) experience preferred, especially as an Engineering Assistant or Civil Engineering officer.
- Familiarity with Air Force CE work order processes, specifically NexGen, is preferred.
